it’s like everything I touch falls to pieces. can’t keep a job. can’t take care of myself. can’t do anything my parents find worthy of approval. when I’m sick, it’s apparently my fault. when i’m stressed, i’m told I have no reason to be.
i’ve lived my whole life feeling loved and yet being treated like i am not good enough to be worthy of that love.

Living Your Life Because of God - Random Musings
Living your life because of God, not for Him is a statement that I cannot even begin to understand. I mean sure, He died for us and everything but what the heck, doesn’t that mean we should live our lives for Him? Doesn’t living BECAUSE of God lead us to live FOR Him? See that’s what I don’t get.
It’s something that Mike from Tenth Ave North keeps on reiterating but still, I don’t understand it…....
